Sweet Gunda Pickle is a traditional Indian pickle made with gunda
(cordia fruit/gumberry), jaggery or sugar, and aromatic spices. It has a sticky, chewy texture with a delightful mix of sweetness, tanginess, and mild spiciness. This pickle is especially popular in Gujarat and Rajasthan.
